Data Deletion

Customers can remove provider-linked data from SocialClaw through the dashboard or through provider callback flows.

Self-service disconnect

Connected accounts can be disconnected inside the SocialClaw dashboard after authenticating with a workspace API key. Disconnecting revokes the connection record inside SocialClaw and clears publish access for that account.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram deletion

SocialClaw exposes a Meta-compatible data deletion callback at https://getsocialclaw.com/webhooks/meta/data-deletion. SocialClaw also exposes a deauthorize callback at https://getsocialclaw.com/webhooks/meta/deauthorize.

Manual requests

If a user cannot use self-service disconnect, they can request deletion by contacting hello@getsocialclaw.com and including enough information to identify the connected workspace or provider account.

Status checks

Meta deletion callbacks receive a confirmation code and a status URL. That status page is available at https://getsocialclaw.com/legal/data-deletion-status/<confirmation-code>.
