Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of SocialClaw, including the dashboard, scheduling tools, media hosting, API, and provider connection flows.

Service description

SocialClaw is a user-directed social media scheduling and publishing service. Customers use it to connect supported social accounts, host media, plan and schedule posts, and publish content through third-party provider APIs. SocialClaw may also offer API, CLI, or agent-facing interfaces as secondary access methods to the same service.

Customer responsibilities

• use only accounts, pages, channels, sites, and communities the customer is authorized to control
• comply with each connected platform’s policies and rate limits
• protect workspace API keys and rotate them if exposure is suspected
• ensure uploaded content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights

Provider dependencies

SocialClaw depends on third-party provider APIs. Provider outages, permission changes, review requirements, and policy restrictions can affect availability or functionality.

Suspension and termination

SocialClaw may suspend access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or material policy violations. Customers may stop using the service by disconnecting accounts and revoking workspace API keys.

Billing, renewals, and cancellations

If SocialClaw offers paid plans, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize SocialClaw and its billing partner, Lemon Squeezy, to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and renewal charges using your selected payment method. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the then-current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Refund policy

Except where required by law, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once paid. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact hello@getsocialclaw.com with the purchase email, order reference, and a short explanation. SocialClaw may grant refunds, credits, or service adjustments in its discretion. If your payment was processed by Lemon Squeezy, that merchant of record or payment partner may also issue, deny, or administratively process refunds, credits, chargeback responses, and tax adjustments under its own policies, card network rules, and legal obligations.

If applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for digital services, you agree that service access may begin immediately after purchase. To the extent permitted by law, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once digital services are supplied.

Disclaimer

SocialClaw is provided on an as-available basis. Provider platforms can reject, delay, or remove content independently of SocialClaw.
