Searching for a Sendible alternative usually means one of three things:
- You need an API or an agent connector, and Sendible's pricing page lists neither on any of its five plans.
- Your bill grows six profiles at a time. Every Sendible workspace holds 6 profiles, and full white label waits for Elite at $299/mo plus a paid add-on.
- You publish somewhere Sendible does not: Pinterest, Reddit, Discord or Telegram.
Most roundups answer with another agency dashboard, which fixes the third reason at best.
Here is how the alternatives actually rank, by who owns the publish path: a person in a dashboard, a client waiting on a report, or an agent running code.

What Is Sendible?
Sendible is a social media management platform for agencies, franchises and multi-location brands. It prices by workspace instead of by seat: each workspace is a client or location with its own profiles, calendar and reports.
From its official pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026), Sendible offers:
- Unlimited users on every plan, a 14-day free trial with no card, and 15% off yearly
- Ten networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, WordPress, Threads and Bluesky
- Client Connect, so clients link their own profiles without sharing passwords, plus client dashboards for approvals
- Full white label (dashboard, domain, reports and emails) as a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per month) | Workspaces | Profiles | Daily sends per workspace | What the tier adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $35 | $29.75 | 1 | 6 | 100 | Bulk scheduler, inbox, standard reports |
| Plus | $99 | $84.15 | 3 | 18 | 200 | Assignment and approvals |
| Premium | $199 | $169.15 | 7 | 42 | 300 | Custom branded reports, campaigns |
| Elite | $299 | $254.15 | 15 | 90 | 500 | Advanced permissions, white label add-on |
| Enterprise | $750 | $637.50 | 50 | 300 | 500 | SSO, white label add-on |
Extra workspaces of 6 profiles cost $35/mo on Core, falling to $15/mo on Enterprise.
For an agency whose clients log in, approve posts and read branded reports, that model is hard to argue with. Nobody counts seats, and its post validation guides you on visual formatting before a post can fail. Sendible is honestly good at the job it was built for.
Where Sendible falls short is anything outside its dashboard. The pricing page lists no API on any plan; its software integrators page mentions "API usage" for embedding partners, reached through a demo, and we found no public API documentation. No MCP server, CLI or chat connector appears in its official materials, and Pinterest, Reddit, Discord and Telegram are not on its network list.
Everything below is ranked against that gap.
Why Teams Look for Sendible Alternatives
Teams rarely leave Sendible over the calendar. They hit one of these walls:
An API you can find
No API appears on any Sendible plan, and the integrator route starts with a demo. Scripts, CI jobs and your own SaaS need a key on day one.
An agent connector
AI Assist writes captions in the composer. An MCP server, ChatGPT app or Claude connector is not described in Sendible's official materials.
Networks outside the ten
Pinterest, Reddit, Discord and Telegram are missing from Sendible's supported list.
Pricing in blocks of six
18 profiles means Plus at $99/mo, and white label means Elite at $299/mo plus an add-on.
Daily send caps
100 posts per workspace per day on Core, 500 on Elite.
If the first two walls are yours, a different dashboard will not help. You need a different execution layer.

#1 SocialClaw: Best Sendible Alternative for AI Agents
Overall Rating: 9.4 / 10
SocialClaw puts a REST API, a CLI and an MCP server on every plan from $15 a month. Sendible's pricing page lists no API on any of its five plans, from $35 to $750.
SocialClaw is the best Sendible alternative when an AI agent, a script or your own product does the publishing. It is a social publishing control plane: one hosted workspace that the dashboard, REST API, CLI, MCP server, Claude Code skill and ChatGPT app all drive against the same accounts and rules.
Think of it as Sendible turned inside out. Sendible is a client dashboard people log into, with deeper automation behind a partner conversation. SocialClaw is an execution layer software calls, with a dashboard for the people who want one.
What makes SocialClaw different
- Every surface on every plan: dashboard, REST API, CLI, hosted or local MCP server, Claude Code skill and an official ChatGPT app
- CLI first: one of the first social media schedulers to ship a CLI
- The validate → apply → inspect loop: check a schedule, run it, then look up each run, post and attempt by ID
- Hosted media: upload once, reuse a stable public URL everywhere
- 12 networks: X, LinkedIn (profiles and company pages), Instagram (Business and standalone professional), Threads, Facebook Pages, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, WordPress, Discord and Telegram
Why SocialClaw wins when software publishes
Plenty of tools here now ship an MCP server, so "an assistant can schedule a post" no longer separates anyone. What happens when nobody is watching does.
Problem 1: There is no door for code. You want a nightly job, a GitHub Action or an agent to queue next week's posts. Sendible's pricing page has no API line, and its integrator route begins with a demo.
SocialClaw fix: The REST API, CLI and MCP server are on every plan, Starter included. Create a workspace API key and the first call can run the same afternoon.
Problem 2: The check is written for a person. Sendible deserves credit: its post validation guides you on formatting visual content so posts do not fail. That guidance lives in the composer. An agent running at 3 a.m. has nobody reading the composer.
SocialClaw fix: socialclaw validate -f schedule.json --json checks the whole schedule before anything is queued and returns output the agent can read. It fixes what came back, validates again, and only then runs socialclaw apply.
Problem 3: The outcome lives in a report. Sendible's reports are built for clients: engagement, audience growth, branded PDFs. An agent needs something narrower. Did Tuesday's post go out on all six profiles, and if one failed, which attempt?
SocialClaw fix: Inspect by ID. socialclaw status --run-id <id> --json shows every post in a run, and socialclaw posts get --post-id <id> --json shows one post and its attempts.
Several competitors cover a piece of this. None document the full loop in their official materials.
Native AI agent integrations
In Claude, add the hosted connector at https://getsocialclaw.com/mcp and sign in with OAuth. In ChatGPT, install the official SocialClaw app. For everything else:
# Claude Code skill
npx skills add ndesv21/socialclaw
# CLI for scripts, CI jobs and shell agents
npm i -g socialclaw
# Local MCP server for any MCP client
npx -y socialclaw mcp
SocialClaw pricing
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.
| Plan | Social accounts | Posts / month | Monthly | Annual (per month) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 | 200 | $15 | $10 |
| Startup | 6 | 400 | $29 | $19 |
| Plus | 20 | 1,000 | $67 | $49 |
| Pro | 50 | 2,500 | $99 | $80 |
Sendible Premium charges $199/mo for 42 profiles; SocialClaw Pro charges $99/mo for 50 accounts. The trade is real, though: Sendible includes unlimited users and caps sends per day, while SocialClaw Pro includes 2,500 posts a month. Check both against your volume.

#2 ContentStudio: Best All-in-One Suite with an Open API
Overall Rating: 7.9 / 10
ContentStudio is Sendible with the developer door open. From its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026): Standard is $29/mo ($19 annual) for 5 accounts and 1 user, Advanced is $69/mo ($49 annual) for 10 accounts with inbox, approvals and CSV scheduling, and Agency Unlimited is $139/mo ($99 annual) for 25 accounts with unlimited users. White label is a $50/mo add-on.
API access and MCP start on Standard. Its npm CLI ships with an agent skill and a --dry-run flag that prints a request without sending it. Pinterest, Telegram and Bluesky are on its network list.
When ContentStudio makes sense: You want content, scheduling, inbox and client workspaces in one tool, reachable by an agent without an Enterprise contract.
When ContentStudio falls short: A dry run shows the request; a provider-rule check and run-level delivery history are not described in its official materials. Reddit, Discord and WordPress are not on its list.

#3 Vista Social: Best Agency Suite with the Largest MCP
Overall Rating: 7.6 / 10
Vista Social is a full agency suite with the broadest MCP server here: its MCP page lists more than 100 tools across scheduling, analytics, inbox, media and reporting, on all paid plans, for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others.
From its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026): Professional is $99/mo for 15 profiles and 2 users, Advanced is $199/mo for 30 profiles and 3 users, and Scale is $449/mo for 70 profiles and 4 users with white-label reports and dashboards. X is a $29/mo add-on. Reddit, Pinterest and Snapchat are on its network list.
When Vista Social makes sense: You run client work from a dashboard and want Claude or ChatGPT to reach almost all of it.
When Vista Social falls short: After Sendible's unlimited users, 2 to 4 seats per plan will pinch. White label waits for Scale, and its REST API needs Enterprise or a paid add-on. Full breakdown in our Vista Social alternatives guide.

#4 Agorapulse: Best for Inbox-Driven Agencies
Overall Rating: 7.0 / 10
Agorapulse is for teams whose day starts in the inbox. Its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists Standard at $79/user/mo annual ($99 monthly), Professional at $119 ($149) and Advanced at $149 ($199), each with 10 social profiles. White-label reporting and an MCP connection for ChatGPT and Claude are on every plan; CSV bulk scheduling starts on Advanced.
Reddit and Pinterest are on its network list, while X is sold as add-ons priced on request. More in our Agorapulse alternatives guide.
When Agorapulse makes sense: Your team replies to comments and DMs all day, and clients judge you by the monthly report.
When Agorapulse falls short: Pricing is per user, the opposite of Sendible's model. Five people on Standard cost $395/mo on annual billing, and the open API covers reporting data on the Custom plan only.

#5 SocialPilot: Best Budget Swap for Agencies
Overall Rating: 6.9 / 10
SocialPilot is the cheapest like-for-like replacement for Sendible's agency tiers. From its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026): Premium is $100/mo ($85 annual) for 25 accounts and 6 users with client management and white-label reports, and Ultimate is $200/mo ($170 annual) for 50 accounts, unlimited users and advanced white label.
MCP works on every plan; the REST API is Enterprise only. See our SocialPilot alternatives guide.
When SocialPilot makes sense: You want full white label without an add-on. Ultimate includes it at $200/mo, against Sendible Elite at $299/mo plus a paid add-on.
When SocialPilot falls short: Users are capped below Ultimate, and Reddit, Discord, Telegram and WordPress are not on its ten-network list.

#6 Publer: Best Per-Account Value
Overall Rating: 6.9 / 10
Publer charges per social account, the cheapest way out of Sendible Core for a handful of profiles. Its help center (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists a free plan for up to 3 accounts (no X), Professional from $5/mo and Business from $10/mo per account, 20% off yearly, and every 10th account free. It supports 13 networks, including Pinterest, Telegram, Mastodon, Bluesky and WordPress.
When Publer makes sense: You want a capable scheduler priced per account. See our Publer alternatives guide.
When Publer falls short: Publer says API access is limited to eligible Business and Enterprise customers, and its MCP server starts on Business.
#7 Buffer: Best Simple Per-Channel Pricing
Overall Rating: 6.8 / 10
Buffer is the cleanest scheduler here and the only one with API keys on its free plan. Its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists Free for 3 channels, Essentials at $5/channel/mo and Team at $10/channel/mo (billed annually), with unlimited users, approvals and branded reports on Team. Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor integrations are on every plan.
When Buffer makes sense: A small team wants a simple queue and a free API to experiment with. More in our Buffer alternatives guide.
When Buffer falls short: Agency work. Client workspaces and a white-label dashboard are not on its plan list, and per-channel pricing climbs across dozens of client profiles.
#8 Metricool: Best Analytics-First Option
Overall Rating: 6.6 / 10
Metricool leads with analytics. Its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists a free plan for 1 brand and 20 posts a month (no LinkedIn or X) that includes Metricool MCP, Starter at $25/mo ($20 annual) for 5 brands, and Advanced at $67/mo ($53 annual) for 15 brands with client management, approvals and the API.
When Metricool makes sense: Your clients buy reports first and posts second. See our Metricool alternatives guide.
When Metricool falls short: X costs $10/mo per connected account, the API waits for Advanced, and white label is a contact-us Custom option.
#9 Planable: Best for Client Approvals
Overall Rating: 6.4 / 10
Planable is the closest to Sendible's pricing logic: per workspace, with unlimited users. Its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists Basic at $39/workspace/mo ($33 annual) for 4 pages and 60 posts, and Pro at $59 ($49 annual) for 10 pages, 150 posts, required approvals and a public API. An MCP connector is on every plan, and the first 50 posts are free.
When Planable makes sense: Every post needs sign-off from a client, legal or a brand lead.
When Planable falls short: Monthly post caps per workspace, and analytics ($14) and inbox ($9) are paid add-ons per workspace per month. Full breakdown in our Planable alternatives guide.
#10 SocialBee: Best for Evergreen Content Categories
Overall Rating: 6.1 / 10
SocialBee sorts posts into content categories and recycles the evergreen ones. Its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists Bootstrap at $29/mo for 5 profiles, Accelerate at $49/mo for 10 with approvals, Pro at $99/mo for 25 profiles across 5 workspaces, and Pro50 at $179/mo ($149 annual) for 50 profiles and 10 workspaces.

When SocialBee falls short: An API and MCP access are not mentioned on its pricing page. Full breakdown in our SocialBee alternatives guide.
#11 Loomly: Best for Brand Calendar Teams
Overall Rating: 5.9 / 10
Loomly is a calendar-first tool for brand teams. Its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists Starter at $65/mo ($49 annual) for 12 accounts and 3 users, and Beyond at $332/mo ($249 annual) for 60 accounts, unlimited users and custom branding.
When Loomly makes sense: A brand team plans campaigns on a shared calendar with approvals.
When Loomly falls short: An API and MCP access are not mentioned on its pricing page, and custom branding requires Beyond. Full breakdown in our Loomly alternatives guide.
#12 Hootsuite: Best for Enterprise Governance
Overall Rating: 5.8 / 10
Hootsuite is the enterprise standard for listening and governance. Its plans page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists Standard at $99, Professional at $199 and Advanced at $399 per user per month, billed annually. Standard covers 10 accounts, approvals arrive on Advanced, and the Wisdom AI row lists an in-app assistant and MCP connectors.
When Hootsuite makes sense: A large organization needs approvals, SSO and listening across departments. Our Hootsuite alternatives guide goes deeper.
When Hootsuite falls short: Seats. Five people on Advanced cost $1,995/mo on annual billing; Sendible seats any number of people from $35.
#13 Sprout Social: Best for Enterprise Social Care
Overall Rating: 5.7 / 10
Sprout Social is strongest when social is a support channel. Its pricing page (reviewed November 3, 2026) lists Essentials at $79/seat/mo annual ($99 monthly) for 5 profiles, then Standard at $199, Professional at $299 and Advanced at $399 per seat on annual billing. Only Advanced includes the Sprout API.
When Sprout Social makes sense: A support team needs sentiment, routing and productivity reports. See our Sprout Social alternatives guide.
When Sprout Social falls short: Per-seat enterprise pricing, with API access only on the top self-serve tier.

Scores are 1 to 10, weighted toward agent access, API access and execution visibility: the criteria that decide whether software can publish unattended. Sendible is the baseline; agency suites that score below it are sideways moves, not upgrades.
SocialClaw Workflow in 60 Seconds
Here is the validate → apply → inspect loop from a terminal. An agent on MCP or the ChatGPT app runs the same steps.
# Install the CLI and sign in with your workspace API key
npm i -g socialclaw
socialclaw login --api-key <key>
# Connect networks Sendible does not cover
socialclaw accounts connect --provider pinterest --open
socialclaw accounts connect --provider reddit --open
socialclaw accounts list --json
# Upload media once and get a stable public URL
socialclaw assets upload --file ./launch.png --json
# Validate before anything is queued, then apply
socialclaw validate -f schedule.json --json
socialclaw apply -f schedule.json --json
# Inspect what happened
socialclaw status --run-id <id> --json
socialclaw posts get --post-id <id> --json
The --json flag gives the agent structured output at each step, so it checks one result before running the next command.
Migrating from Sendible to SocialClaw
Move the publishing that software already does first, and leave client-facing work in Sendible until the new loop has earned your trust.
- Split the work. Scripted and agent-driven posts move first; approvals, the inbox and branded reports can stay.
- Connect accounts with
socialclaw accounts connect, including Pinterest, Reddit, Discord or Telegram channels you could not reach before. - Upload media once and keep the returned URLs.
- Turn the next CSV import into a schedule file. Validate it, fix what comes back, then apply it.
- Point your agent at SocialClaw through the MCP connector, the ChatGPT app or the Claude Code skill.
- Inspect the first runs by run ID and post ID before retiring anything in Sendible.
| Sendible | SocialClaw equivalent |
|---|---|
| Profiles in each workspace | socialclaw accounts connect --provider <p> --open |
| Media from Google Drive, Dropbox or a URL | socialclaw assets upload --file <path> --json |
| Bulk scheduler and CSV uploads | A schedule file checked with socialclaw validate -f schedule.json --json |
| Calendar and smart queues | socialclaw apply -f schedule.json --json |
| Checking whether a post went out | socialclaw status --run-id <id> --json |
| White-label client dashboard | Your own UI built on the API |
| Priority Inbox | No equivalent: keep Sendible or a dedicated inbox tool |

Not a public one we could find. Its pricing page lists no API on any plan, and its software integrators page mentions "API usage" for partners embedding Sendible, arranged through a demo. We found no public API documentation.
Does Sendible work with ChatGPT or Claude?
Not through any connector in its official materials. Sendible has AI Assist for captions, but no MCP server, ChatGPT app or Claude connector appears on its pricing or integrations pages as of November 3, 2026.
What is the cheapest Sendible alternative?
Publer or Buffer. Both have free plans; Publer Professional starts at $5/mo for one account and Buffer Essentials at $5 per channel per month, billed annually. With API and agent access included, SocialClaw Starter is $15/mo.
Which Sendible alternatives also include unlimited users?
Planable, Buffer Team, ContentStudio Agency Unlimited, SocialPilot Ultimate and Loomly Beyond. Planable is closest to Sendible's model, since it also prices per workspace.
How does SocialClaw pricing compare to Sendible?
SocialClaw costs less at scale: $99/mo for 50 accounts against $199/mo for 42 profiles, and it starts at $15/mo. Sendible includes unlimited users and limits sends per day, while SocialClaw plans include a monthly post allowance (2,500 on Pro), so compare team size and volume.
Can SocialClaw post to Pinterest, Reddit, Discord and Telegram?
Yes. All four are among SocialClaw's 12 networks. None of them appear on Sendible's supported list.
Does SocialClaw replace Sendible completely?
Not for every agency. SocialClaw replaces Sendible for agent-driven, scripted and embedded publishing. If your business runs on a branded client dashboard, an inbox and client approvals, Sendible or SocialPilot fit that job better.
Final Verdict
The best Sendible alternative depends on who, or what, owns the publish path:
- Clients log in to your branded dashboard and you want unlimited users → stay on Sendible, or SocialPilot Ultimate for white label included at $200/mo
- You want a suite an agent can reach → ContentStudio for an API on every plan, Vista Social for the largest MCP
- Your team lives in the inbox and the monthly report → Agorapulse
- You want the lowest entry price → Publer or Buffer
- Your clients buy analytics first → Metricool
- Every post needs a client's sign-off → Planable
- You need enterprise governance or social care → Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- An AI agent, a script or your own product does the publishing → SocialClaw
Sendible remains one of the best client dashboards for the money. It was never built to be called by software.
SocialClaw was. A validate step an agent can read, a record of every run and attempt, hosted media, and an API, CLI and MCP server on the $15 plan are the product itself, not extras sold through a demo.
